Why we started
At most firms and agencies there is a pile of work nobody gets around to. Not because the team cannot do it, but because it never reaches the top of the list: chasing documents, intake, follow-up, recurring reporting. Large firms have an IT department to hand that to. A firm with 10 to 100 FTE does not, and instead gets demos from AI agencies asking for a new system and a different process.
We do it the other way around. The professional judgment, the client contact, the signature: that stays where it belongs. We pick up the work nobody gets to, we first work out what that costs you and what it delivers once it is picked up, and we only build when that sum adds up. After that we stay with it: measuring, adjusting, standing behind the outcome.

The proof
WinSphere is an AI-first agency: we do not just build with AI for clients, we run on it ourselves. We have had more than fifty one-on-one conversations with owners and decision makers about how their business really runs. That is why the first 30 minutes are a diagnosis and not a sales call: we know which questions to ask, and how to get out of the answers where the hours are leaking away.
At a search agency, a search agent we built is running. For every vacancy it scores up to fifty LinkedIn profiles on role, sector and region.
Only the ones that clear the threshold go into the CRM, with the score and the reasoning attached.
Running at the client
Our own exclusion list merges new replies from HeyReach, Instantly and HighLevel into one clean list every day, so nobody is approached twice.
Runs daily at 05:00
WinSphere itself runs entirely on systems we build for clients: from the first email to the invoice.
Runs daily
Founder Rafael Matabadal comes out of B2B marketing, with a business administration degree on the onboarding phase of client engagements at a marketing agency; the technical side he taught himself, up to the level where he builds and maintains it himself.
And what if something happens to us? There are capable people in our network who can take the work over straight away. The systems currently run on our own n8n, but we build them on yours just as readily, and that is our advice too: then you own it. Everything we build is written down in documentation that both a person and a language model can read, and at handover you get that documentation, with a video walkthrough where that helps.
Mission and vision
Mission
We build AI and automation for firms and agencies with 10 to 100 people. First costed out, then built, then kept running.
Vision
We compete with the pile of work nobody touches, not with the people who work there.
